Post-jam fixes

The final version, V1.1 of Neon Shrimp is here, with all the features added that were supposed to be completed during the game jam.

Changes:

• added splash screen
• added a pause menu
• added music for the levels
• added a button to mute all in-game sound
• textured the movement meter on the top right hand side of the screen, for easier visualization of the main game mechanic
• polished the levels
